OLOWORO, OLOGUDU, OLOJOTA FLAG OFF KOSOFE APC CHAIRMANSHIP CAMPAIGN WITH ROYAL BLESSINGS.
The All Progressives Congress chairmanship campaign in Kosofe Local Government has been flagged off with royal blessings by the three main traditional rulers in the local government: Oloworo of Oworo, Oba Oloruntoyin Saliu; Ologudu of Ogudu, Oba Najimu Kazeem Fashola and Olojota of Ojota, Oba Jimoh Olawale Cole as Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe finally begins his campaign ahead of July 24 local government polls.
The three main royal fathers in the local government area, yesterday, gave their blessings and full supports to the chairmanship quest of Barristers Moyosore Ogunlewe, his running mate, Prince Babatunde Saliu and other councillorship candidates of the party when they visited their palaces with the party’s supporters, Apex Leaders and Local Organizing Committee (LOC).
The visit of the APC Chairmanship flagbearer to the palaces of the Obas were basically designed to signify the commencement of chairmanship and councillorship campaign activities as against the traditional practice of holding large political gathering of party faithful.
The Obas prayed for victories of APC chairmanship and councillorship candidates at the polls on July 24 and also for successful tenure in offices.
